By accessing, browsing, or using the CarbonClarity website, calculators, dashboards, or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
2. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

Results are based on simplified assumptions and average emission factors and are not a precise scientific audit or professional environmental assessment.
The data, charts, recommendations, examples, and explanations are informational only and are not legal, financial, investment, engineering, or professional sustainability advice. You are responsible for deciding how to interpret and use the information.
4. Accounts and Access
In the current version, CarbonClarity may be accessible without creating a user account. If any optional account or login features are introduced in the future, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep any credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your access, and you must notify us promptly if you believe any unauthorized use of the Service is taking place.
5. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities
To protect the stability of the platform and the integrity of climate‑related data, you agree that you will not:
- Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the website or interfere with other users’ experience.
